Six Easy Way To Get Six Pack Abs

15 Jan

In the past years there has been a consistent increase in the concern for physical fitness and well being. Baby boomers are what they are called. The generation of today obsessed in maintaining a youthful skin and a sexy body. And one of the most common testament of great physique is having the coveted six pack abs. It is for this main reason that most fitness enthusiasts &health aficionados spend so many dollars on various machines and gadgets in the hopes of toning up that stomach and achieving this goal. You will also observe that the majority of gym buffs spend so much time targeting this area. Who after all wouldn’t do anything to be able to go to the beach and show off those abs or simply just feel good inside knowing you are at your optimum health.

Well I am sure most of you are wondering what is the best and easiest way to get fabulous looking abs. If such a thing is even possible you ask. Well wonder no more. Interested? Read on and I will share to you readers a few basic exercise routines that I know myself to be effective to be able to display that sculpted washboard stomach we so desire.

Remember, if you want to have abs you have got to lose the fat &build muscle. But since not all of us, as I previously said have the time nor money to go to the gym, I instead suggest you to get mike geary’s truth about abs and follow his guidelines. You can start with these six known simple &easy core movements that’s meant to shape those abdominal muscles to their fullest potential. So much so that you can practically do these at the comforts of your own home. Here’s how:

1. Crunches =still the best abdominal exercises there is in my opinion. You simply lie on the floor with your knees bent and hands in front of your temple (head), or arms on your chest and using strictly your abdominal muscles, lift your upper torso toward your pelvis as much as you can.

2. Reverse Crunch =as the name implies, you instead lift your bended knees towards your shoulders. This is much easier to do than the typical crunch & is meant to tone the lower abs.

3. Hands Through Knees =this is a variation of the crunch move. While lying flat in bed & knees bended still but feet slightly apart and arms on the side, you lift your shoulder blades off the floor and you push your hands through your thighs maintaining a smooth movement.

4. Bicycle move = a basic move simply involving you doing a biking motion while you lie on your back, hands behind your neck. To challenge yourself more, you could try and let your elbow meet with your knee from the opposite of your body.

5. Static Holds = this is done by lying face down like doing a push-up but with your elbows on the floor, the length of your body straightened or flat and holding this position as long as you can. This provides less strain making it easy to do but trains your core muscles well.

6. Jogging = Not only does this tone up your abdominal and leg muscles as well but it is also if not the best cardio work-out there is. Which means if you intend to lose fat which is practically a main goal if you want those abs to pop, this is the way to go. The easiest &most fun exercise there is. Not only can this done be done by almost everybody with minimal risk or harm but it can also be incorporated with our daily lives and be a source of a good bonding experience.

Do all these easy core exercise moves and you are bound to have beautiful, display worthy abs in no time. Of course after all this exercise, do not forget to drink lots of water. Some of us may not know it but the secret to a lean body is still hydration. Not only does it help to loosen the fat and reveal the abs but it also keeps you energized so you can burn more calories &boost fat metabolism. Plus it keeps the feeling of hunger at bay. So there is a decreased tendency to binge eat &thus store more fat.

Have a happy work-out.
